PIAB "PAF Series" Suction Cups for the Automotive Industry
Piab's suction cups for the automotive industry. This product is suitable for vehicle bodies, parts assembly lines, and low to medium-speed press lines.
The cups in this series are made from nitrile-PVC material (black, silicone-free) with a rubber hardness of 60 (Shore A), offering excellent durability. The cups are equipped with anti-slip cleats to withstand the shear forces of applications. All cups are molded with aluminum inserts. They can be mounted using either user-specific fittings or Piab's unique fittings, including the quick connection system – T-slot. The cups are designed to withstand shear forces even at low vacuum levels and to "prevent slipping." PAF – Piab Automotive Flat (5 types, sizes 30-80 mm): Designed for slightly domed metal plates or flat metal plates used in the automotive industry. The support cleats on the cup's suction surface prevent deformation of thin workpieces. They can withstand high shear forces.
